The NCAA tournament is the most crowded month on the sports calendar. Every outlet with a logo posts the same highlights within minutes of each other. Winning it takes volume and speed, not budget.
I led a posting campaign amounting to 334 posts in 30 days, roughly one every two hours for the length of the tournament, built around player collabs and moments already spreading before the broadcast cut to commercial. The bet was that being first and native beats being polished and late.
It worked. 4.8 million minutes of watch time in a single month. 885,380 likes. 43.2K profile visits and 23.1K saves. The top comment of the month was "I sent this to the whole group chat," which is the only metric that reliably predicts a share.
I closed it out with a 'Spotify Wrapped' style recap, a ten-graphic slideshow that turned the campaign's own numbers into content.
